The team provides certification and qualification services across the value stream for NDE and Measurement. The team works on commercial and defense aircraft like:KC-46 B1B and P-8 as well as development programs such as SLS CST-100 777X and MQ-25. The team also conducts research and development with internal stakeholders and external customers. This team spans the entire product life cycle from research and development to active airframe support.This team supports diverse non-destructive evaluation and measurement technology applications for commercial and defense products produced or supported by the Boeing Company. There is an opportunity to experience different business unit needs and support a diverse selection of commercial and defense aircraft in different phases of their production lifecycle. By working on this team an individual is able to impact programs across the enterprise and have an opportunity to grow a broad network across all of Boeing.The successful candidate will have a strong desire to work with technical and non-technical audiences and be a self-starter. There must be a desire to do non-destructive evaluation work and have a general base of NDE knowledge and/or addition understanding of basic analysis techniques to determine performance or reasons for failures of tools materials parts or processes will be required.
