The MRI Staff Technologist works under the supervision of the Administrative Supervisor and/or Director, and operates a magnetic resonance scanner to obtain images used by physicians in the diagnosis and treatments of pathologies Selects appropriate imaging techniques and operates console and peripheral hardware; enters and monitors patient data, transfers images from disk to PACS. You'll work under the supervision of the Administrative Supervisor and/or Director, ensuring accurate imaging and patient care. What We're Looking For Required:High School Diploma or equivalentGraduate of an accredited Radiologic or MRI Technologist ProgramARRT(MR) or ARMRIT registry (or eligible within 18 months)BLS CertificationSkills: IV insertion, cross-sectional anatomy, 3D imaging knowledgePreferred:Bachelor's degree1+ year of MRI experienceAdvanced MRI registry Why Mercy?
