We are constantly studying and evaluating our benefits programs and policies to better meet present and future requirements.FlyExclusive is seeking an experienced MRO Planner to support maintenance planning work package creation materials coordination and scheduling activities for its growing fleet. The MRO Planner will play a critical role in organizing aircraft maintenance events ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting technicians with accurate timely documentation.This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced MRO or Part 135 maintenance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and prepare aircraft maintenance work packages including required tasks labor estimates materials and inspection itemsCoordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events for FlyExclusives fleetReview AMM IPC SRM and engineering documents to ensure accurate task planningTrack aircraft time cycles and upcoming maintenance intervalsCreate task cards and provide all required documentation for techniciansMonitor work progress update systems and report changes or delaysCoordinate with Maintenance Control Materials Engineering and QA departmentsEnsure all maintenance planning aligns with FAA regulations and company proceduresProvide daily updates to leadership regarding aircraft status open tasks and upcoming requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within maintenance planning processesQualifications24 years of experience as an MRO Planner Maintenance Planner or Technical Records SpecialistExperience in a Part 135 Part 145 or commercial MRO environment preferredKnowledge of maintenance documentation (AMM IPC SRM task cards service bulletins)Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance planning cycles and regulatory requirementsProficiency with maintenance tracking systems (CAMP Trax Corridor or similar)Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to prioritize and coordinate multiple aircraft simultaneouslyPreferred ExperienceBackground with business jet fleets (Citation Gulfstream Challenger etc.)Prior experience supporting maintenance in a high-demand AOG or charter environmentStrong analytical and documentation skills Key Skills GIS,JAWS,Military Experience,Business Management,Emergency Management,Joint Operations,Production Planning,Relationship Management,Strategic Planning,ERP Systems,Exercise Planning,MRP Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
