Are you a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a knack for managing multifamily construction projects? We are looking for a Permanent Multi Family Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in a challenging yet rewarding environment. You will be responsible for overseeing multifamily and podium construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Multi Family Construction Project Manager, you will:

1. Oversee all aspects of multifamily and podium construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Create and implement project schedules and work plans, ensuring that all tasks are carried out according to these plans.
3. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that all project requirements are met.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
6. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process, taking prompt and effective action to keep the project on track.
7. Prepare and present regular project reports, providing updates on progress, budget, and any issues or challenges.
8. Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the progress and outcome of the project.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Multi-Family Construction Project Manager, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on multifamily and podium construction.
2. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
5. Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team of construction professionals.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
