About our Agency:

I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded into my second location in 2020. Today, I have a team of five, and we continue to grow steadily. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in financial services, which helped shape the way I approach customer care and running a business. I'm a single mom with two teenage sons, and I hold a BBA in Finance. Community is also a big part of who I amI stay very connected to the Vietnamese community and love being involved wherever I can make a positive impact. I offer partial health coverage and licensing reimbursement, and our office environment is truly family-oriented. We care about each other, support one another, and enjoy regular team outings. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Bilingual Vietnamese or Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
