Company Overview:A Southeast regional real estate development firm works largely in the commercial/multi-family industry with an impressive Southeastern portfolio of projects & clients.They are looking to add an experienced Owners Representative (Senior Construction Project Manager) to the team to execute on upcoming & existing developments.This person will be based in Nashville but frequent travel weekly/bi-monthly to various states and projects to ensure smooth delivery for their clients.Position Summary:This role is perfect for the Multifamily Project Manager who wants to move more towards the owner side & exemplifies seamless delivery & management of construction projects to the owner/developer of the project. The role manages the construction progress & has management responsibility for changes during the construction process and for ensuring that all additional tasks and communication required for a successful delivery that are outside the scope of the construction contract are completed.
