Job Title:Senior Specialist, Production PlanningJob Description:Entegris is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Production Planner to join our Materials Management team. This position will be based at the Burnet TX facility.The Production Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources and minimizing costs. This role collaborates closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams to align production plans with customer demand and inventory targets.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales orders, sales forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraintsCoordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and componentsMonitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, shortages, or changes in demandAnalyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment among production, inventory, and customer delivery goalsMaintain accurate records of production activities, schedules, and performance metricsSupport continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling processesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders regarding schedule changes, priorities, and potential risksWhat We SeekBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operationsProficiency in SAP PP and MM modules strongly preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilities.Experience in a fast-paced, high-mix environmentKnowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory management principlesAPICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plusWhy Work at EntegrisLead.
