OverviewPosition:Multisite Center Manager - Physical TherapistLocation:Gwynedd Valley and Fort Washington PASchedule:Full-time Monday-Friday. No weekends!Compensation:Salary range is $85K-$95K based on your experience.Incentives: $2k Sign on Bonus plus $350 per month in student loan assistance!Are you a licensed physical therapist (PT) looking to take on a leadership role If so NovaCare is seeking a multisite center manager to cover our outpatient orthopedic centers located in Fort Washington and Gwynedd Valley. Identify open positions and hire clinical staff in conjunction with manager. .Conduct staff orientation and training and conduct annual performance reviews of center staff with specific focus on development plans.Provide developmental opportunities for current staff (professional meetings college relations activities and patient care skills development opportunities).
