Who we are looking forWe are looking for a senior technology leader to co-lead the eFX and FX Front Office Technology organization, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing technology solutions supporting State Street Markets FX Sales & Trading.The role leads a globally distributed engineering organization, partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance trading platforms while ensuring strong regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and continuous improvement across systems and processes.eFX and FX Front Office Technology a multi-platform engineering organization that builds bespoke electronic FX trading solutions operating globally on a follow-the-sun basis. These systems are large, mesh-based, service-oriented platforms deployed across multiple data centers and process significant trading flow daily. The platform supports: Electronic market making, Client algorithmic trading, Pricing systems, Order management systems, Straight-through processing (STP) applicationsThis is a business-facing leadership role requiring the ability to operate effectively at a senior level across both technology and front-office stakeholders.
