This individual will build relationships with major contractors, architectural firms, and engineering partners to influence specifications and secure our products as the preferred choice for critical infrastructure projects.The ideal candidate thrives in complex sales environments, understands the construction ecosystem, and can engage senior decision makers to drive strategic outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to grow market share within the data center segmentBuild partnerships with national and multinational contractors, architects, and engineersPosition our solutions as the basis of design for targeted projectsMaintain a strong pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts using CRM toolsLead AIA and continuing education initiatives to strengthen industry engagementCollaborate across internal teams to align efforts and share insightsPresent and negotiate at executive levels to close high-value opportunitiesConsistently meet or exceed sales and specification goalsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)10+ years in strategic sales, channel development, or business development within construction or related industries; experience with data center projects is highly desirableProven success in managing complex sales cycles and building executive-level relationshipsStrong knowledge of building materials and specification processesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficiency with CRM platforms such as SalesforceAbility to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a competitive marketIf you are an ambitious professional within the space, we'd love to hear from you!
