Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs a National Resident RN you will embark on an immersive and supportive journey to launch your professional nursing career gaining invaluable hands-on experience and specialized training within a nationally recognized residency program. You will be instrumental in delivering direct patient care developing essential clinical skills and contributing to positive patient outcomes under the guidance of experienced nursing leaders and preceptors.
