DirectHire The VP of Sales & Marketing is responsible for setting and executing the strategic visionfor revenue growth market expansion and brand development. This leader will overseeall sales and marketing functions build strong customer relationships and lead a teamof sales professionals selling custom plastic processing equipment and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for capital equipment inthe plastics industry. Identify new business opportunities strategic partnerships and untappedmarkets. Lead and mentor a national sales team setting goals and driving performance. Oversee all marketing initiatives including digital strategy trade shows productpositioning and branding. Collaborate with Engineering Operations and Executive leadership to alignsales efforts with product capabilities. Manage key account relationships and support high-value sales negotiations. Analyze market trends customer data and competitive activity to inform go-to-marketstrategy. Monitor and manage sales pipelines forecasts and performance : Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field(Mechanical Engineering or MBA preferred). 10 years of sales leadership experience preferably in plastics processingindustrial machinery or capital equipment sales. Strong understanding of technical sales processes and complex solution selling. Proven ability to scale revenue and lead a high-performing sales and marketingteam. Experience with CRM tools and modern marketing automation platforms.
