Youll focus on driving process improvements resolving issues quickly and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead coach and develop customer service teams to achieve KPIs and operational excellence.Oversee daily operations ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.Implement process improvements with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.Manage external vendor relationships and performance in line with business expectations.Identify investigate and implement strategies to reduce service failures.Oversee logistics coordination including scheduling SAP data integrity and stock movements.Recruit train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management.What Youll BringProven leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated experience in a waste management or logistics industry.
