Job Description

Summary: The Six Flags National Support Center is the go-to resource for our guests. The purpose of this position is to provide fast, friendly, out-going service to members at all Six Flags properties. Support Center Representatives will engage with guests from all across the country!  Availability: 8 am to 5pm, 11am-8pm, and 4pm to 1am shifts.Full week schedule available, weekends required.Tuesdays & Wednesdays off or Wednesdays & Thursdays off. You'll contribute to our mission by:Supporting the Six Flags Mantra - Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe ServiceTalking with guests and answering questions regarding park policies and proceduresResolving guest complaints and concerns in a friendly and professional manner You'll do it with your:Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office and Windows OS are requiredBasic to intermediate Salesforce's experienceAbility to communication via phone, chat and email to resolve concernsStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safetyAbility to interact in a professional and positive mannerProblem-solving skillExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSense of urgency and funFriendly, outgoing personality, and ability to address guest concerns with empathyAbility to read, speak, write, and understand the English language
