Each project is approached with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that our solutions are not only innovative but also reliable and efficient.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of all record verification, qualification, and certification of NDT personnel at Fluence LabsDesign, implement & maintain a certification scheme for Fluence Labs in the methods for which you are qualifiedDesign, implement & maintain a milestone based training scheme for Fluence Labs in the methods for which you are qualifiedDesign, implement & maintain an internal audit scheme for Fluence LabsDevelop and deliver advanced nondestructive evaluation inspection solutionsTravel to customer sites throughout the United States as requiredCore CompetenciesComputer LiteracyHigh school diploma or equivalency certificate+7 years NDT ExperienceASNT Level III RTUTET MTPTVT (or AWS CWI)Good written, oral, and presentation skillsHigh competence with Industry Standards ASTM, ASME, AWS, etc..Preferred SkillsNAS 410 Level III ExperienceBachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, physics, or computer science6+ years of hands-on technical engineering experienceExperience with quality systems (ISO 9000/AS9100/NADCAP)Advanced Manufacturing ExperienceCasting InspectionComposites InspectionWeld InspectionKnowledge of a variety of NDE techniques such as ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, digital radiography testing, etc.Knowledge of industrial automationExperience with software and automation coding (LabVIEW, Python, C#, SQL)Experience with POD StudiesKnowledge of Statistical Process ControlsExperience with root cause analysisFamiliarity with JIRA or similar task/feature tracking systemsAdditional RequirementsMust be willing to work overtime and on weekends to meet critical deadlines when/if neededMust be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, walk, and/or runMust be willing and able to travel to customer sites on an as needed basis.Itar RequirementsTo conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C.1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
