Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re seeking a qualified and experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector with experience in structural building inspections to join our Pacific North West team in Tacoma, WA. This role plays a critical part in upholding structural integrity, quality and safety of the work we inspect.Responsibilities:Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on construction materials such as steel, concrete, and welds using methods including UT and MT.Perform field inspections of foundations, retaining structures, piles, and other geotechnical systems.Prepare and maintain detailed inspection records, reports, and documentation in accordance with applicable codes and client requirements.Interpret test results and provide recommendations for remediation or acceptance.Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards, as well as relevant industry codes (ASNT, ASTM, ACI, etc.).Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment.Requirements:Certification in one or more NDT methods (ASNT Level II) RequiredMinimum of 2 years experience with various non-destructive testing methods (UT, MT)Strong verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions and on uneven terrain.Physical capability to stand for long periods, squat, crawl, and lift/move up to 75 lbsValid Driver’s License with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)Benefits & Perks:Company Truck & Gas Card – Assigned for work and daily commute to work.Career Development/Professional Growth – Expand your skills with additional ICC Certification through our in-house training.
