Responsibilities include scheduling coordinating and proctoring assessments maintaining testing integrity and providing excellent service to students and faculty. The role requires attention to detail confidentiality and strong communication skills in a fast-paced academic environment. This position will also handle scheduling and remote proctoring for exams at the Tahlequah Testing Center.Required QualificationsHigh School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)Experience working in a fast-paced and customer service rich environment.A minimum of 6 months-1 year of data entry experience.Certifications Registrations and/or Licenses:Valid Drivers licenseSkills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:Proficiency in the latest versions of software applications including MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and various multimedia toolsComfortable in a PC environmentWillingness and capability to learn new knowledge of specialized softwareMaintains a high standard of confidentiality safeguarding sensitive informationPreferred QualificationsBachelors2 years of previous testing experience in a higher-educational settingRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Academics,Apache Commons,Apache Tomcat,Filing,Condition Monitoring Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 18 - 20
