The facility features a Level III NICU with 14 private rooms and an in-house transport team. Family-centered care is emphasized with accommodations for parents/guardians and an in-house Ronald McDonald respite area.Opportunity: NRP Certification - NeonatologyJob Details: Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills to provide care for newborns at the Fargo campus Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals Full-time status (1.0 FTE equals minimum 160 hours/month or approximately thirteen 12-hour shifts) 12-hour shifts (7-7); rotating between day and night shifts as team grows Care for babies transitionally or acutely ill at 23-week gestation Preferred skills include intubation, chest tube placement, umbilical line placement, PICC placement, peripheral arterial line placement, and LPs Responsibilities include Vermont Oxford Data input and interpretation New graduates considered with background in Neonatology and/or NICU clinical rotation Team orientation approach with existing Advanced Practice Clinicians and Physicians Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention Master's or Doctorate degree required for NPs; Bachelor's/Master's degree required for PAs Current licensure and national certification required Require high level of customer service skillsCompensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
