Neonatology Physician at Tandym Health

A hospital network is seeking a Neonatologist for a Level III NICU in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. This opportunity focuses on providing neonatal care in a collaborative nursery and special care setting with a family-centered approach.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: 24-hour shifts, 4-6 shifts per month
• Hours: 24-hour shifts, occasionally split into 12-hour shifts

• Setting: In-person, Level III NICU

Responsibilities:

• Provide neonatal care for infants in the nursery and special care unit
• Manage deliveries and consult on newborn care in collaboration with obstetric providers
• Evaluate, stabilize, and treat neonatal patients in a Level III NICU environment
• Document patient care and clinical findings in the electronic medical record

• Work within a multidisciplinary care team to support high-quality neonatal outcomes

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Neonatology
• Fellowship-trained in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• 1-2 years of neonatal experience

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in a Level III NICU
• Experience using EPIC
• Familiarity with newborn nursery and special care workflows
