Lead Nephrologist Value-Based Care Hybrid (Atlanta, GA) An innovative, national healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified Nephrologist to serve as a Lead Physician in a forward-thinking, value-based care model for patients with chronic kidney and end-stage renal disease.This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team transforming the delivery of kidney care through data-driven, patient-centered, and home-based clinical services. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institutionBoard Certification in Internal Medicine and NephrologyActive, unrestricted medical license and DEA registrationStrong clinical experience in nephrology across inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settingsExcellent communication skills and collaborative leadership styleExperience or interest in value-based care and population health strongly preferred
