Location:Medical Center - Fort WorthDepartment:Cln-NICU Follow UpShift:First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:The Program Coordinator has the ability to articulate a compelling actionable vision for the unit/department. He or she facilitates teamwork and unit pride by advocating for an environment that promotes quality patient care standards and implements strategies to ensure patient and physician satisfaction. The Program Coordinator has the authority accountability and responsibility for the management of patient care within his/her respective areas. Areas of responsibility will include nursing practice physician relations staff development and positive customer relations.
