Skilled in designing secure web applications within a collaborative team environment. Proficient in SQL Server including database design and development. Experience working on projects using Microsoft TFS for source control and project management. Strong programming experience with C# MVC Entity Framework Core or EF6 Web API and modern web development tools. Hands-on experience developing solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience building applications using XAML for the Universal Windows Platform (UWP) including MVVM architecture and SQLite database integration. Background in Document Matter Management Program Management and Assessment Management systems. Bachelors degree.
