Job Title .NET Developer ( MVC Oracle PL/SQL SOA/WCF Healthcare HIPAA 7Years) Location: Albany NY (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Qualifications: Served as lead technical architect on enterprise projects overseeing systems architecture engineering administration configuration troubleshooting performance optimization preventive maintenance and security operations. Extensive experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop complex n-tier web applications with and C# applying modern programming principles including object-oriented design scalability maintainability single-responsibility patterns and robust security standards. Skilled in producing formal Technical Architecture documentation and translating business requirements into technical logic within application code. Strong Oracle expertise including database design data modeling and development of PL/SQL stored procedures packages indexes triggers and database tables. Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integration solutions including building web services using WCF developing SOAP/REST APIs message/queue processing Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) integration and designing and implementing microservices. Experience developing applications compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications Core. Skilled in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows. Experience designing and supporting applications containing Healthcare data under HIPAA regulations with a comprehensive understanding of PHI handling and HIPAA compliance requirements.
