Job Title: .Net Developer Location: Boston MA - 3 days on site mandatory Length: 6-10 months Senior Engineer Trading Enablement The Trading Enablement Team is a senior engineering group focused on high-impact initiatives and urgent technical challenges that directly affect global investment operations. We are looking for an experienced engineer who thrives in ambiguous situations takes ownership of escalated issues and contributes to strategic projects that are critical to the firm. What Youll Do Resolve high-priority technical challenges by investigating unfamiliar issues researching solutions and collaborating across teams to ensure stability and resiliency. Contribute to Global Multi-Batch: a high-visibility firm-wide initiative to refactor overnight processing and enable accurate start-of-day and intraday views of holdings positions cash FX and analytics across global regions. Collaborate with investors (traders portfolio managers and other tech-savvy business users) to ensure solutions meet front-line needs. Engineer across front-end back-end APIs and databases to improve reliability and scalability of trading systems. Share knowledge mentor peers and help the team continuously evolve its engineering practices. What You Bring 10 years as a systems engineer or developer with strong computer science fundamentals. Proficiency in modern development (e.g. .NET C# Java) databases and APIs. Flexibility across tech stacks and a strong grasp of core engineering concepts. Investment management or trading system knowledge is a plus; experience with CRD is highly valued. Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through communication and collaboration skills.
