Do you have NetSuite consulting experience, and are you seeking a new role for a growing North American Alliance Partner? If so, we'd love to hear from you! Vursor is looking for a skilled NetSuite Principal Consultant, and the full-time role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Principal Consultant, you will manage and coordinate project teams, implement plans, and enable business process reviews. You will also be responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design, testing, training, defining support procedures, directing work streams, and supporting implementations.

In your first few months in this NetSuite Principal Consultant role, you can expect to:

  • Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry-premier best practices, business analysis, and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients' most complex requirements
  • Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine configuration requirements on-site and remotely
  • Implement and deploy solutions accommodating unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business requirements
  • Migrate legacy transactional and entity data from the client's existing system to NetSuite
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions

To apply for this NetSuite consulting job, you will need:

  • NetSuite Consulting Experience, preferably 3+ years.
  • The ability to participate in multiple engagements actively, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel through implementation.
  • In addition, you should have experience not just participating, but leading full-cycle implementations

We prefer you have:

  • 7+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations as the lead consultant
  • Experience mentoring and upskilling Jr. consultants and helping them grow their NetSuite knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience handling complex implementations and managing client expectations

Compensation Note:
  • The compensation listed is OTE, which includes base salary and utilization bonus
  • Base compensation ranges between $130k and $170k, based on experience
