Job Description
Job Title: Network Support Engineer Location: 1468 Madison Ave New York NY Schedule: 40 hours/week 2 3 days onsite per week Duration: 4-6 months starting in Dec Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support during the deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco wireless connectivity issues. Diagnose DHCP-related problems and ensure proper IP address assignment. Address general network issues to maintain stable device performance. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues. Document troubleshooting steps resolutions and deployment progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience with wireless networks and troubleshooting methodologies. Hands-on knowledge of DHCP and core networking principles. Experience supporting medical devices or healthcare environments is a plus. Ability to work onsite 2 3 days per week. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
