We are dedicated to solving the next generation of warfare with lethal systems that deter kinetic conflict and protect global security.The RoleWere seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer to help build implement and support a growing multi-site enterprise network. This is a full-time onsite position based at our headquarters. The role will work closely with the IT team to bring designs to life - configuring securing and optimizing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls Cisco/Juniper switching and VPC networking with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across layers.Key ResponsibilitiesFirewall & Security ManagementConfigure maintain and monitor Palo Alto firewalls including NAT policies security zones and VPNs.Implement security best practices and participate in firewall rulebase reviews and cleanup.Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN)Deploy and support Layer 2/3 infrastructure using Cisco/Juniper switches and wireless APs.Implement VLANs trunking STP QoS and access control based on defined network architecture.Monitor and tune wireless performance across multiple facilities.Cloud & Hybrid ConnectivityConfigure and maintain AWS VPCs subnets route tables and VPN/Direct Connect integration.Support secure and resilient connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments.Work with existing designs leveraging IPsec tunnels SD-WAN and/or VXLAN for inter-site connectivity.Monitoring & TroubleshootingUse tools such as Zabbix Panorama Strata Cloud Manager to proactively identify and resolve issues.Perform deep-dive troubleshooting for connectivity performance and security incidents.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate network diagrams configuration baselines and change logs.Support audits disaster recovery testing and business continuity efforts.Required Qualifications 35 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration.Strong background with Palo Alto firewalls (Policy NAT VPN) and Cisco/Juniper switching/wireless.Experience supporting AWS or hybrid-cloud networking (VPC Transit Gateway VPN).Understanding of multi-site routing segmentation and secure connectivity models.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with automation (Ansible Terraform or Python) a plus.PCNSE Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security EngineerCCNP Cisco Certified Network ProfessionalJNCIP-ENT Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional (Enterprise)AWS Advanced Networking SpecialtyNetwork or SecurityDisclosuresThis position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
