This position ensures that all updates adhere to company standards and best practices supporting daily design restoration and operational activities. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as this data drives multiple downstream systems and tools used across the organization. Roles and Responsibilities: Interpret design plans and construction drawings to extract relevant data adjust cable routes slack splice locations and update systems accordingly. Analyze and update database records while assessing downstream impacts of all modifications. Resolve help desk tickets by investigating issues making informed changes and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with external Dig-Safe agencies to resolve inquiries verify information and maintain compliance with state systems. Top Skills & Technical Expertise Required: QGIS or Fiber experience Adobe (daily use) KMZ file experience Preferred: Microsoft Visio experience Education & Certifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience Experience Requirements 1 3 years of experience in the telecommunications field with database input and maintenance responsibilities.
