Network Technician at MatchPoint

Title: Network Technician / Project CoordinatorLocation: Plymouth, MN (Twin Cities) – Onsite or Hybrid (local candidates only)Duration: Up to 6 months Rate: 40-50/hr Key Responsibilities:Prepare, configure, and ship Meraki equipment kits based on provided instructionsUpdate the Statement of Work (SOW) template for each siteCoordinate with onsite/field teams performing installsPull and manage work orders for each deploymentOversee equipment logistics, shipping, and trackingTroubleshoot basic network or hardware issues (routers, PDUs, Cradlepoint, Meraki)Identify issues at each site and help drive them to resolutionMaintain organization across multiple simultaneous site rollouts (up to 10 per week)Qualifications:Network Admin or Network Technician background preferredFamiliarity with Meraki and/or Cradlepoint highly beneficialStrong troubleshooting logic and technical aptitudeAbility to manage distributed networks and remote site deploymentsHighly organized with strong coordination and communication skillsMust be local to Twin Cities; onsite presence in Plymouth required
