Network Technician/Infrastructure Support Engineer Warrendale PA Onsite with occasional travel & rotational after-hours support Seeking an IT Expert Technologist / Infrastructure Support Engineer to join a high-performing Customer Solutions team delivering best-in-class customer service and technical solutions. This role supports back-end IT infrastructure operations works closely with global and regional IT teams and enables business units across various domains to operate with reliability security and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth hands-on support experience and the ability to collaborate across diverse environments while driving process improvements and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide physical support for network compute storage and data/voice infrastructure across office field and manufacturing sites. Diagnose and resolve hardware software connectivity power and cooling issues. Coordinate with global IT teams vendors and managed service providers (MSPs) to execute tasks and resolve incidents. Perform network monitoring troubleshooting and issue resolution across radio/wireless and traditional network technologies. Facilitate system change management and build strong relationships with business stakeholders. Provide onsite and remote support including rotational after-hours coverage. Travel as required to support project and operational needs. Required Skills & Experience 3 5 years of professional IT experience in infrastructure support. Hands-on experience supporting physical infrastructure data centers and field-based equipment. Strong understanding of Windows Server environments storage systems (NetApp Dell EMC etc.) and backup/power systems. Expertise in networking technologies including TCP/IP wireless/radio networks and devices from Cisco Juniper Fortinet or Palo Alto. Familiarity with modern networking models such as SD-WAN Zero Trust and Software-Defined Perimeter (SDP). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and ITSM tools (ServiceNow). Understanding of virtualization platforms and enterprise infrastructure environments. Ability to apply cable design principles and support cabling installations. Certifications in networking or service management (e.g. CCNA ITIL) are highly regarded.
