Coverage Needed URGENT DATES: Dec 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 Start Date: December 22, 2025 End Date: Ongoing Schedule: 7 on 7 off rotation, Monday to Sunday 24-hour shifts: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on-site, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on-call Average of 15 days a month, including both weekdays and weekends Coverage Dates: December 22-28, March 30-April 5, April 13-19 Clinical Details Neuro Hospitalist consult service Consult service: ED and Med floor Consults include stroke, seizure, EEG reads, and other neurological conditions EMR: Patient Keeper, MediTech Requirements Board certification/eligible EEG required DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
