Job Description

Jefferson Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Outpatient Attending Neurology Physician to join our growing team at the Einstein Tower Building in Philadelphia. This is a primarily outpatient role, offering a focused clinical schedule with access to academic resources, multidisciplinary collaboration, and strong institutional support.

Job Description

  • Provide high-quality outpatient neurology care to a diverse patient population
  • Diagnose and manage general neurologic conditions and, if applicable, subspecialty conditions (e.g., headache, stroke, movement disorders)
  • Participate in the academic mission through resident education and teaching opportunities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including neuropsychology, neurosurgery, and rehab specialists
  • Contribute to Jefferson Health’s mission of compassionate, equitable care

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of ACGME-accredited neurology residency
  • Board-certified/eligible in Neurology
  • Valid Pennsylvania medical license (or eligible)
  • Commitment to excellence in patient care and academic collaboration

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in a neurology subspecialty (e.g., movement disorders, epilepsy, headache, MS)
  • Experience in outpatient academic or hospital-based settings
  • Interest in clinical research or quality improvement projects
