Neurology Physician at Tandym Health

A health services network in New York is actively seeking a licensed Neurologist to provide direct care to patients within the Neurology specialty at one of their medical practices in Rockland County.

About the Opportunity:

• Specialty: Neurology
• Setting: 75% outpatient, 25% inpatient
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Patient Population: Adults

Responsibilities:

• Provide patients with a continuum of care
• Assess the physical, psychological, spiritual and social needs of the patient
• Direct patients to the next appropriate service and track their progress
• Assure that all patients receive appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medical screening and medical evaluation whenever indicated
• Ensure that medical patient care is appropriately documented in the medical record
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
• Board Eligible / Certified in Neurology
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
