By automating and streamlining critical workflows the integrated platform of modern solutions enables dealers to sell and service more vehicles by creating simple and convenient experiences for customers and improves their financial and operational performance.Position SummaryThe Account Development Executive for our Small Dealer Services team create business relationships in competitive accounts selling CDKs DMS solutions.In this position you will grow new market share through conquest sales selling to Franchise Dealers with 2 sites or less. Work in conjunction with all of your channel partners to increase sales opportunities in CDK strategic products in conquest accounts. Achieve annual assigned sales plan working under guidance of Sales LeadershipJob Responsibilities & Expectations:Uncover dealer prospect needs and challenge client to maximize their business results by embracing CDK solutions.Consistent sales calls80% face to face with dealerships80% travel required overnight travelCommunication:Daily communication with channelsDaily communication with managementMonthly conference call with Sr. Director of SalesEngage in solution sales processManage overall account relationshipClose business achieving assigned annual quota creditEnsure competitors do not penetrate accountsData analysis to include total dealer spendAssimilate product & technology knowledge to configure and quote product solutions.Maximize your resources by engaging the full breadth and depth of CDKchannel partners.Gain quick access to key decision makerRequirements:2-5 years of experience in B2B technology or solution sales preferredExperience uncovering new business accountsAutomotive industry experience preferred by not requiredAbility to travel 80% of the time Monday Friday including overnight travelAbility to overcome objections easilyExperience using consultative solution selling to align clients business needs with a solutionExperience in negotiating and closing sales opportunitiesExperience with developing and managing a sales territorySelf-drivenpersistent ambitiousand highly motivatedExcellent communication listening and questioning skillsMicrosoft Office & CRM PC SkillsSalary: $750000 Uncapped Commissions CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
