Position: New Graduate Nurse (RN or LPN)
Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts | 3 Days per Week | Every Other Weekend

Comprehensive New Graduate Training Program
We understand that transitioning from nursing school to professional practice can feel overwhelming. That's why Fordsville Nursing and Rehabilitation provides a structured 60- Day New Graduate Nurse Training Program.

Schedule
• 12-hour Day Shifts
• 3 shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
Upon successful completion of the 60-day one-on-one training program, nurses may be eligible for transfers within the organization based on available positions and scheduling preferences.
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN or LPN license in good standing (or eligible for licensure)
• New graduates encouraged to apply
