We are seeking motivated compassionate and forward-thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing team! We are hiring for our clinics throughout Long Island Westchester Brooklyn Queens Rhode Island and Connecticut.As a new grad at Metro youll receive individualized mentorship hands-on learning opportunities and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. Youll work in a supportive outpatient environment alongside skilled therapists with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative team that truly values your growth.Qualifications : Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.Evaluates a patients need for physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan agency policy and professional standards of care.Instructs family members PTAs Home Health Aides and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.Mandatory Certifications: First Aid AED & CPR Certifications.Additional Information : New Grad Support ProgramsMentorship ProgramWe offer an exclusive mentorship program for all clinicians with under 3 years of experience.
