Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours.Application period is open December 1 2025 until a sufficient number of applications have been received.Departments Participating:TelemetryMedical / SurgicalEmergency DepartmentICURehabilitationOverview:The New Graduate Residency Program features a challenging program blending classroom didactics with clinical experience and unit socialization. This program is for recent graduates of RN programs who have less than 12 months experience as a Registered Professional nurse.Timeline:Requisitions posted December 1 2025. The postings may be removed early after 100 applications have been received.Interviews will be held in person beginning in January 2026The first day of Orientation is March 16 2026Job RequirementsGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required prior to the start of program.Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.
