JOB DESCRIPTION
Night Auditor Front Desk Associate
Delta by Marriott Utica is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor front desk associate to join our team in Utica, NY.
This role combines guest service with accounting responsibilities to ensure a smooth and accurate close to each day. If you have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences, we invite you to apply.
At this time the position is part time: two-three overnight shifts per week. Those interested in additional hours would have opportunity for more evenings working second shift
Responsibilities
- Perform night audit procedures including balancing accounts and preparing daily reports.
- Night Audit desk shift is 11:00pm - 7:00am
- Check guests in and out in a friendly and efficient manner during overnight hours.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of transactions, reservations, and billing adjustments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Assist with any other front desk duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles preferred.
- Strong numerical and computer skills, proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as needed.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
