Our 5 team members report directly to the Front Office Manager.The ideal candidate holds at least 6 months experience as a Guest Service Agent within hospitality. Experience with OnQ is a must. Ability to work the required shifts. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Audit post and balance daily cashiers work for outlets including but not limited to outlets in Rooms and Food and BeverageEnsure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction listsAssist Guest with concerns throughout the nightcheck-in and check-out Guests provide copy of their receiptsMonitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance Key Skills Customer Service,Hotel Experience,Hospitality Experience,Guest Relations Experience,Math,Windows,Facilities Management,Night Audit,Front Desk,Guest Services,Phone Etiquette,Word Processing Employment Type : Part-Time Department / Functional Area: Finance Experience: years Vacancy: 1
