LINE COOKLine Cooks are responsible for the food guests rave about! As a Line Cook you will prep and prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Will help with keeping the kitchen clean and organized.LINE COOKS RESPONSIBILITIES:Recipe AdherenceSet up and stocking stations with all necessary suppliesPrepare food for service in a timely mannerCook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffCleanup after each shiftAnswer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructionsHelp wash dishesMaintain a clean work environmentStock inventory appropriatelyEnsure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashionComply with sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customersArrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to workThis is an hourly position, with part-time and full-time positions available. Day and Evening shifts available. Full availability is a plus.
