Must be Serv Safe certifiedAs a Night Kitchen Cleaner you willbe responsible for the proper maintenance of all kitchen operations as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Clean and maintain floor mats with degreaserEnsure drains are properly cleaned and maintainedWash degrease and scrub all floorsClean all exhaust hoods and removable ventsKeep all stoves oven salamanders grills and fryers cleanThoroughly wash sanitize and polish all stainless-steel equipment and countertops including legs and the inside/outside of shelves.What are we looking forSince being founded in 1919 Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
