Night Shift LPN
Join Colonial Manor, a premier healthcare provider in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as a Night Shift LPN and make a difference in the lives of our patients!
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. As a Night Shift LPN, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our patients, many of whom are elderly or have complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse or Physicians
Assist with resident transfers, ambulations, and bedside care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
High school diploma or equivalent required; LPN degree or certificate preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients of varying weights and abilities
