Full-Time Production Leadership Role
ABR is recruiting a Night Shift Supervisor for a well-established manufacturing operation in Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader to step into a hands-on role overseeing production, team performance, and product quality in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. You will:

• Lead, train, and supervise 20+ production employees
• Plan and assign daily production activities to meet goals
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
• Monitor production flow, equipment performance, and output
• Coordinate staffing and adjust schedules as needed
• Partner with maintenance and QA teams to resolve issues
• Track productivity and report performance to leadership
• Support employee development, coaching, and performance management

Production & Process Oversight

• Monitor tank levels, flow rates, and production processes
• Adjust systems to ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment and improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials and product

Quality, Safety & Sanitation

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and company standards
• Oversee sanitation processes and proper use of cleaning chemicals
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce PPE requirements
• Train staff on safe equipment operation and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality

What We're Looking For

• Previous production leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to perform basic math and read/write in English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts)
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a production environment, including stairs, ladders, and equipment platforms
