Job Summary: The Oracle EBS Analyst will lead a functional and technical team to support and enhance the Oracle EBS suite focusing on Financials Procurement and Warehousing. The analyst will coordinate project assignments ensure timely task completion and ensure business requirements and goals are met. This role requires extensive experience in the Oracle EBS suite and project management. Location:Newark New Jersey United States Responsibilities: - Lead functional and technical teams responsible for supporting and enhancing the Oracle EBS suite. - Coordinate project tasks ensuring on-time completion and optimal team efficiency. - Ensure applications meet business requirements fulfill end-user needs and resolve issues. - Manage the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion. - Provide expert knowledge in E-business Upgrade Methodology Full Implementation Life Cycle and Oracle SCM/Finance modules. - Validate SCM & Finance Business Flows to provide solutions for user issues. - Expertise in Defect Life Cycle Defect Analysis Resolution Fixes and Retesting. - Experience in Data Integration and Migration. - Facilitate the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues. - Collaborate with project teams to create consistent and standardized project plans. - Experience with the Customization/Personalization of Oracle Forms. Required Skills & Certifications: - 5 years of experience in design functional specifications development and testing for Oracle EBS. - 5 years of experience with PL/SQL Oracle API Oracle Forms Personalization Workflows XML Publisher TOAD. - 5 years of experience in project management planning and execution. - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS SCM and Finance modules (INV PO OM AP GL FA etc.). - Experience with E-business Upgrade Methodology Full Implementation Life Cycle and Support & Upgrade Projects. - Hands-on experience in defect lifecycle data migration and integration projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills & Certifications: - Expertise in SQL SQL Developer Oracle API XML Publisher TOAD Oracle Forms Bartender Barcoding. - Knowledge of Oracle SCM & Finance modules and their business flows.
