Job Description

Job Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Oracle HCM Cloud application. This role involves documenting business requirements configuring the system and managing testing phases. The consultant will leverage their strong HCM business process knowledge and understanding of technology designs to deliver quality work products. Location:Newark New Jersey United StatesnWashington District of Columbia United States Responsibilities: - Lead full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud from planning to go-live. - Manage project teams including workstream leads to meet project deadlines and deliverables. - Manage project financials monitor risks/issues and take corrective action. - Assist with system strategy gather and document business requirements and lead fit-gap analysis. - Design as-is and to-be business processes prototype demonstrations and functional configurations. - Plan and organize tasks reporting progress on deliverables. - Lead the business team through the project life cycle focusing on best practice adoption. - Design processes and prepare the solution Blueprint for project implementation. - Articulate product/module features to business teams through training sessions. - Lead business requirements meetings facilitate discussions and drive decisions. - Provide expertise and guidance gather detailed requirements and translate them into system configurations. - Guide testing cycles and perform cutover activities for go-live preparation. - Demonstrate the solution approach through Proof of Concept/Conference Room Pilot. - Coordinate design and configuration with all functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation scope. - Work with business teams to help convert legacy data. - Lead the testing effort including test case preparation and solution testing with users. Required Skills & Certifications: - 7 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud application. - 7 years of experience with functional business processes and US regulatory requirements. - 7 years of experience with Solution Design/Development. - 7 years of experience with Core HR Payroll Benefits Compensation and Absence Management. - Hands-on experience in multiple full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. - Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud application. - Experience leading a project team. - Superior communication skills both verbal and written.
