Job Description

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join the Pulmonary team in the Wilson Multicultural Medical Clinic. This is a hybrid role supporting both inpatient and outpatient Pulmonary care with a primary focus on COPD management. The PA will also have the opportunity to contribute to our Lung Cancer Screening Program (LCSP), supporting early detection and prevention efforts as part of our transition toward a value-based care delivery model.STATUS: Full-timeLOCATION: Rochester & Newark availabilityDEPARTMENT: PulmonologySCHEDULE: Days (Monday - Friday)RESPONSIBILITIES8 hour shifts!No weekendsNo call requirementCritical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervisionOFFERINGS Lucrative compensationPaid malpractice with tail coverageAdditional benefits; Relocation services; Loan forgiveness and pension plan4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CMEComprehensive health benefitsPAY RANGE $100,000.00 - $150,000.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants.
