DescriptionOur Retirement team combines expertise in retirement actuarial compliance and administration consulting to support global organizations worldwide in designing managing administering and communicating all types of retirement plans. Whether a client has a defined benefit pension and/or a defined contribution plan we collaborate with the organization to determine the right approach to design funding investing governing compliance administration and employee engagement that fits their specific goals.As one of our Non-Discrimination Testing consultants you will contribute to our national project delivery team and make a valuable difference every day to our high-profile client organizations. One of the fastest growing areas of our retirement business is assisting clients with various special projects requiring Non-Discrimination Testing for defined benefit and defined contribution plans.Non-Discrimination Testing ConsultantWTW benefit consultants have deep experience working with organizations of all types and sizes. We work closely with clients to develop some of the most advanced benefit design techniques currently in use. We combine expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing managing administering and communicating all types of retirement plans.As a Consultant specific to Non-Discrimination Testing you will:Have overall responsibility for the project successLead or support large complicated client projectsBe able to assess the testing needs and options for complex projectsReview scopes of work budgets and project plansBe one of the primary points of contact with the client for complex projectsBe available and help consultants address specific client needs and concernsHelp prepare and present client materialsEffectively explain complex issues to the client in a clear and concise mannerCollaborate effectively with the team to guarantee the projects successCoordinate nationally within WTW to build project supportSupport tools training controls and staff to ensure individual projects are successfulThis is a Remote opportunityNote: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.QualificationsThe RequirementsTen or more years of experience performing all aspects of non-discrimination testing for retirement plans (both defined benefit and defined contribution plans) including coverage QSLOBs amount testing and BRF testingExperience with multiple employer plans is a plusSolid mathematical and analytical skillsOperations experience leading and coordinating large groups and initiativesWork experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service and leadership skillsPassion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the clientAbility to be a self-starter and work independently but also cooperatively in a close team environmentAbility to prioritize and have good attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsAbility to work with remote teams and travel as neededTime CommitmentMajority of time will be spent on Non-Discrimination Testing strategy delivery and team buildingCurrent client responsibilities and client team role to be evaluated in coordination with People Manager and leadership responsibilitiesCompensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
