This role is specifically for Willis Health Cares non-skilled home health operations.The Non-Skilled Home Health Agency Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a non-skilled home health agency. This role includes supervising home health aides coordinating care and ensuring that all services meet federal state and local regulatory requirements. The supervisor plays a key role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality compassionate and consistent care in their homes.Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Supervision & LeadershipSupervise and manage a team of home health aidesDevelop and maintain a comprehensive orientation and training program for new hiresConduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedbackMonitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by home health aidesEnsure compliance with all federal state and local regulations and standards of practiceClient Care OversightConduct client assessmentsDevelop care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family membersSchedule and coordinate home health visits including:Initial assessmentsFollow-up visitsDischarge planningDocument all patient care and maintain accurate complete and timely service recordsCoordination & CommunicationCommunicate regularly with physicians family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of careAssist with problem-solving and care escalation when patient needs changeQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree in healthcare administration or a related field23 years of experience in a supervisory role within a non-skilled home health agencyKnowledge & SkillsStrong leadership and team-management abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDeep understanding of healthcare regulations and standards of practiceAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systemsPosition SummaryThe Non-Skilled Home Health Agency Supervisor is a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality compassionate care to patients in their homes.
