Job Description:Read and interpret ship piping drawingsExperienced fitting carbon steel, CRES, and copper nickel pipingAbility to end prep piping by hand and/or with Wach or Portsmouth MachineKnowledge in installing pipe hangersAbility to read a ruler using inches and tenthsPrep and fit-up backing ringsClean cut/break pipe with a grinderAbility to hand prep V bevelsExperience in fabrication of various details and assemblies from drawingsBend pipe from template and in the use of a hand benderFit welded socketsMust be able to fit brazed joints with/without insert ringMust be able to climb up and down vertical ladders, bend and squat, kneel, work in confined spaces & around moving equipment and any other tasks assigned by supervisor.Requirements:• Must be at least 18 years of age• Pass background check and urinalysis• Strong Work Ethic• Must be able to lift 50lbs • Willing to work on/around ships We Offer:• Weekly Pay• Overtime available• Long term projects  Benefits: • Vacation & Holiday pay• Health Insurance• Attendance Bonuses
