Job Summary

The Clumpies Partner provides excellent guest service while preparing and serving Clumpies food and beverages in a fun, welcoming environment. This role supports Rock City Enterprises' mission by delivering high-quality products, maintaining cleanliness standards, and creating memorable guest experiences. Under the direction of the Clumpies Manager, the Clumpies Partner performs the following duties:


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent guest service to internal and external customers in alignment with Rock City Enterprises' mission, culture, and values.
  • Model appropriate guest and partner interactions at all times.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and all standard cashier duties.
  • Prepare and serve Clumpies food and beverages, including scooping ice cream, serving baked goods, and preparing assorted beverages.
  • Communicate details about Clumpies Ice Cream ingredients and production processes to guests.
  • Assist with restocking supplies and products as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready shop environment.
  • Follow health codes and food safety standards to maintain a high health score.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required.
  • Cash register experience is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for providing excellent guest service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Ability to convey a professional, engaging image to guests and partners.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write basic reports or correspondence.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using U.S. currency.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular use of hands and fingers.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation details: 13.25-13.3 Hourly Wage
